Elizabeth S. Phillips, Esq.

Elizabeth S. Phillips, Esq. is a partner at Hackman & Phillips Elder Law RI LLC, a Warwick, Rhode Island law firm specializing in estate planning, Medicaid and special needs planning, probate and trust administration, consumer bankruptcy and related issues. Beth is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as well as the Academy of Special Needs Planners.  She currently serves as Secretary to the RI Chapter of NAELA and volunteers her services via the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Elderly Pro Bono Program.  She enjoys holding community workshops and presentations on issues in long term care planning, Medicaid planning and special needs trusts. Beth is a native Rhode Islander. She is a member of both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts bars. She holds a law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
