Michelle LaPointe

Michelle LaPointe, Esq. is a partner of LaPointe & Days LLC, a Brookline, Massachusetts law firm specializing in estate planning, elder law, disability planning, and related issues. Michelle is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and makes presentations regularly on issues in long term care planning and special needs trusts. Named a “Rising Star”—for three years running—in Boston Magazine’s annual SuperLawyers issue, she serves on the board of Central Boston Elder Services and volunteers for Community Servings, delivering meals to people suffering life-threatening illnesses. A member of the Massachusetts bar, she holds a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
