Update to PLAN’s COVID-19 ResponseDate posted: April 2, 2020
To all of our PLAN Beneficiaries, Colleagues and Partners,
Several weeks ago we created and implemented a COVID-19 response plan and approach that has allowed us to continuously serve our beneficiaries and partners while fully complying with the rapidly evolving guidelines provided by the CDC, MA and RI DPHs, Federal and State Medicaid, and other relevant governing entities.
This has, of course, meant that we are no longer able to make in-person visits to nursing homes and that we are strictly observing the social and physical distancing requirements currently in place. We are working hard to stay connected with our beneficiaries and partners, and as a team.
We assure you that there has been no change to PLAN’s ability to process payments, deposits and trust enrollments. Please send requests to us as you normally do.
Payment requests go to [email protected], and to request a consultation please visit https://www.planofma-ri.org/request-a-consultation/. We continue to process deposits weekly; please mail deposits to the Needham office at 50 Cabot Street, Suite 206, Needham, MA 02494.
If you would like to establish a new trust, please mail the application or joinder agreement to the Needham office (address above), fax materials to 617-795-0589, or scan and email them to [email protected]. Checks must be mailed to the Needham office.
